Pinnacle Community Care Services, LLC is a mental health rehabilitation agency providing services to children and adults with mental, emotional, and/or behavioral issues in Region 2 which includes the following parishes:

OUR MISSION & VISION

PINNACLE COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES, LLC provides programs for mentally and behaviorally challenged at-risk youths and adults. The programs are designed to improve mental and behavioral development, educational success, ongoing advocacy, support to families, and service to the community in a spirit of offering hope and positive systemic change.
